PK6 and PK7
The main inspiration for PK6 chair comes from standard metal structures used for secondary architectural projects.
This project transforms Industrial profiles and wired mesh, usually applied as supporting elements, into protagonists of the main stage.
All carbon steel structure is visible and guides the chair design.
PK6 is handmade, with each trim, weld and fold manually created by a team of artisans.
The metal mesh is braided by an Industrial loom.
The polyurethane painting, often used for cars, sets a glossy and waterproof surface, giving the piece a high chemical resistance.
The upholstery is made by solid foam and provides a sensory contrast. They are used on the main contact area of the user with the couch: seat, backrest and arms.
